This course aims to give a theoretical foundation for analysing how culture, specifically cultural-pedagogical constructs, are inscribed and embedded in ICT-based technologies that are part of institutional infrastructures for learning. Another aim is to present approaches to design and implementation of such technologies that are sensitive to cultural diversity.
