I am a doctoral student at the Swedish School of Library and Information Science (SSLIS) at the University of Borås and a member of The Linnaeus Centre for Research on Learning, Interaction and Mediated Communication in Contemporary Society (LinCS). My research interest is focusing on gendered information practices and literacies in school libraries. I am interested in how young people interact with digital and social media through the educational work of the school library. The special focus is to examine how this can be understood from a gender perspective using queer or intersectional theories.
